RETURN POLICY

We will try our best to make returns easy for you. However, please follow the guideline below to understand the process.

Some items, such as custom-made-to-order medical equipment, medical tables and softwares are non returnable. In case of an approved return or item returned due to undeliverable location on custom made items such as medical table, weight rack and parallel bars, buyer is responsible for both way shipping cost and any additional charges that freight companies bill.

Returned items must be in new condition with all of its components and packaging. You may return your item in 30 days for a full refund. There will be %20 Restocking fee applied for used items & we do not accept returns over 30 days. Returns are based on business days and restocking fee is only applied to the product price not the shipping you paid. Customers are responsible from shipping the item back in same shipping method they received it. Upon receiving the item back and after investigating the condition we will issue a refund to the customer by the same payment method used when purchasing.
