| Branson Ultrasonics Rosette cooling cell Model 250, 35-300ml 201-123-003 The Rosette cooling cell allows for processing of samples at low temperature. The unique design of the vessel facilitates both mixing and cooling of the sample simultaneously. With an ultrasonic horn lowered into the sample, the solution will automatically circulate through the cooling loops. When placed in an ice bath, these cooling loops provide optimal surface area for heat transfer, keeping your delicate sample from overheating. To use, place the cooling cell in an ice bath so the cooling loops are submerged. Insert the horn or microtip into the sample to circulate the solution. For enhanced control, insert a temperature probe into the sample and monitor the temperature on the Sonifier.
